Damn it the month starts very nice but then start being suck out and obviously start playing on tilt and loose more, so reaally please good advices, or ask for me to the poker gods!

Find something interesting to do , don't play long sessions put time on your sessions like 1 hour or 2 hours and then when it end , just go do something to rest from poker and play again when you feel confident . You play your hands good IMO so in long run you need to be +EV if you don't tilt . Good luck !
