I just try to think if the bad beat is affecting the way I start playing the following hands, if I am playing different I just close the tables and wait for the next day to play again.

Hey, bad beats are part of the game we all [ ] love usually [x] hate. If you can't get mentally prepared for receiving bad beats then you will not progress and win in poker. simples. If you can't deal with a bad run, you will not progress or win in poker. simples.
I would read some content online regarding poker pychology and maybe go to bbv on other forums and have a look at some really bad downswings. I am currently running 15bi below ev this week, whilst I am not too bothered I saw a guy post he was quitting poker because he lost 4 bis this week and ran 6 bis below ev.
The most important thing is volume, grind, grind, grind and eventually the hard work will pay off and the bad beats will even out.
Good luck and keep us updated on your progess.

I think barrelingbetty said all, hard work will pay off, stop playing for a bit , go watch some videos , study your game, gain confidence again thats very important because when you are loosing for some time u are probably playing bad and dont have confidence, and there´s always the next day to grind ,
for me the best way is to F*** my girlfriend...and forgot about it , then i will study my game and grind hard.
priorities!:)
