I stop playing as soon as i feel im not playing my a game. I know its easier said than done but trust me ive learnt the hard way. I normally just take a break until i feel calm and able to think clearly. watch 8 fold path video series if you find yourself tilting allot and dont know how to deal with it

can be a spiral of decline. tilt leads to downswings lead to more tilt leads to bigger downswing. You need to break the cycle. Try playing fewer tables and designated session lengths to make sure you are finishing your sessions on a high. Then when you get winning and get your confidence back you will be less likely to tilt after a beat and you can play more tables again.

Leave the computer/laptop and do something else. Be it watching TV, going for a walk etc.
If you feel bad, you're going to play bad most of the time.

Fist off all Dan "Comase esta", and then mate i think the better cure to that is stop playing in the moment that u feel on tilt because normally when im on tilt i start doing some fishy calls and start given money away so just leave the computer and do another things!
