Going over hands with other players helps a lot. I like to go over large pots that didn't make showdown, to make sure I'm still folding/betting in the right spots and not changing my game through tilt.

I start tilting on microstakes 0.1/0.2. That doesn't affect my BR too much and I can make all these bad calls and senseless allins just for fun.

Mmmmm this is a good topic, Anyways Im a newbie in poker world and still lots of things to learn. But as I observe all poker player must be patience in every situation and decide smartly. Observe every moves of your opponent check the history stats and play smart.
