Robbie Williams poker? Yeah, even that is possible

Although a number of worldwide celebrities have embraced poker in one way or another, not a lot of them started their own poker site. The famous pop singer did exactly this.

It's not a poker-only site but a gaming platform for all of Robbie's fans. The plan is to offer fun games for basically what we know as play money, but there is also considerable interest in having a section where real money is involved.

The project itself caused a lot of controversy, most of it coming from bureaucratic officials within the United Kingdom. The signer's management defends the site and states that their main focus is not money.

Reports from various sources, including Gus Hansen's blog and Sam Trickett's tweeter account have told us that many well-known high stakes professionals are very active in China, following the recently finished Aussie Millions.

Although the latest tweets and blog updates report gargantuan losses by both Hansen and Trickett, the Pokerfarm pro also reported that after losing the biggest pot he was ever involved in, he got back on track and had a good session.
